They have Gills and Tails, but are able to breath air for an certain period of time. Having no hard parts they are very agile and difficult to fight. As they undergo metamorphosis they grow arms and get bigger. Remarkable is that they can also go back in their metamorphosis and stop it at any point they please. The only indication of their age is their size. They have a cement gland which allows them to attach to objects. They can survive on a herbivorous diet but most of them are carnivorous. They like to feed on dead animal and there are even rumors about cannibalistic behaviors.
